Each year our Driver Trainer Coordinator completes driver evaluations on each and every driver. This consists of several components: walk around inspection, driving techniques, pick ups and drop offs, student management and technical questions that are required to pass the written MTO test. Each driver is scored based on the aforementioned criteria and is required to score a certain percentage on each section. In the event that a driver does not meet the required score, he/she would be required to complete a retraining session immediately.
